32 Red has been gaining ground in the online casino world.  Last month they announced an acquisition of Nedplay, one online casino.  This month 32 Red announced they would be gaining Golden Lounge.  Golden Lounge is licensed in Kahnawake and is powered by Microgaming.

Microgaming is one of the largest online casino software companies.  They provide a number of online slot machines.  Microgaming has many casinos that they offer their software to.  This new arrangement with 32 Red with Golden Lounge has specific rules for the merger.  32 Red will be gaining the player database, software agreements, domain names, and any other intellectual property belonging to Golden Lounge in the deal.  Of course, they are paying a goodly sum for this privilege.

Since the acquisition of Nedplay and now Golden Lounge, 32 Red is assuming 115,000 pounds for player balances.  The CEO of 32 Red casino spoke about the new merger.  He stated that both deals were very interesting and just couldn’t be left to another company.  They are also going to be making a seamless transition.  Both casinos will become part of the 32 Red platform.

The CEO stated they are unsure if they will be in the black for earnings in 2010.  There is a possibility that the acquisition will hurt the company a little bit, but they have felt it was a good move as they should see a profit in the coming years.  Both of the online casinos that 32 Red has picked up are focused in the European communities.  32 Red, though they have a large presence in Europe as well, will now have an even larger cut with the new online casinos.  These other online casinos are also more established in the area.

32 Red has predominately been a UK casino.  While nothing will change with their local places, there will be more for UK players and Europeans in their new acquisitions.  Already experts are expecting Golden Lounge to strengthen 32 Red’s portfolio.  Not too long ago 32 Red also picked up Dash Casino.  32 Red has stated that they will be providing their top player support, operational discipline, and more to their players including their new players with the new casinos.  These new brands will be advertised heavily in the next few months as 32 Red Plc.  32 Red has also stated that they are going to offer even more in the next while seizing on other opportunities.
