The details are set, the qualifiers have commenced and the ship is ready to be sailed (well technically it launches next year). Of course, we are talking about no other than the Party Poker Million VI WPT event. One of biggest most sought after poker tournaments in the World, is set to hit the sea on May 3rd 2008 and as mentioned, online qualifiers are already getting started.

Although it's months away, next years event is something you don't want to miss. At least 8 party poker players will win a $12,000 prize package that includes, an eight day cruise, a seat at the final tournament, a bunch of spending money and, not to mention, an experience of a lifetime, by simply taking part in the online qualifiers. It is possible that you could win a seat (and perhaps take home the grand prize and championship title) off a single dollar.

The best part of this amazing tournament, that will no doubt see some of pokers best players using their polished skills and bluffing their way to final table, is the itinerary. The cruise ship will set sail off the coast of Venice, Italy and make stops at some of Europe’s most beautiful ports; Bari in Italy, Olympia & Katakolon in Greece, Izmir & Istanbul in Turkey and finally, Croatia’s Dubrovnik.

There is no doubt that this event is worth vying for. Last years cruise, that set sail off the shores of Fort Lauderdale was a memorable one when Mike Schneider, a 22 year old college student became the youngest player to win a Party Poker Million event and took home the $1 million cash prize.
